Prior to Rich Ideas, we felt our Facebook presence had too much standard stock photos which did not let people know how great Beacon’s Technicians, CSR’s and DSR’s really are! When Rich Ideas took over, our Facebook became interesting and fun to view! They show the personalities of our employees as well as our company’s culture. The folks at Rich Ideas take the time to Zoom with us regularly to ensure they keep a pulse of our growing company. We really enjoy how creative their posts are, just the right amount of healthy humor while getting our message out. Rich Ideas also provide us with data which makes it easy to evaluate the level of success of various posts. They are sensitive to our needs and the type of presence we want to have on Facebook. They are extremely knowledgeable about marketing on Facebook! I am learning so much, in fact, I learned that I could never…ever do what they do for us! And last but not least, Kat, Jess and Adam are nice people who are really fun to work with!!
