Noah is a proud Radford University alumnus, holding a degree in accounting. He resides in Ashland, VA, with his wife, Lindsey, celebrating 11 years of togetherness and three years of marriage. Their shared home also includes two cherished dogs, Subie and Goose. Outside work, Noah enjoys playing basketball with his brothers, cheering on the Eagles, and traveling with his family.

Adam Rich
President
Adam grew up around the media and advertising business. From a young age, he would recite jingles and remember commercials. After graduating with honors from James Madison University with a marketing degree, he spent almost 5 years as an account manager at Cox Radio in Richmond before joining Rich Ideas in early 2011. As the leader of the charge at Rich Ideas, Adam focuses on staying true to our core values, pushing relentlessly on behalf of our business partners, and elevating the lives and well being of our team. He is a proud husband and father and enjoys hanging with the family, golf, fire pits, poker, and rocking white suits.
Bob Rich
Advisor
Bob founded Rich Ideas in the late 1990s, following a career in broadcasting that spanned over three decades and included everything from sweeping floors to owning and managing radio and television stations.
The accomplished veteran discovered a passion for the marketing side of the business, and focused his energies on writing and producing advertising. He created a multitude of radio, TV and print ads for many clients, and as he stated, “some of them were pretty good”.
As Rich Ideas took shape, his two sons, Adam and Ed, became interested in advertising and marketing, they eventually became part of the company. Today, they are the firm’s driving force.
Bob’s now semi-retired, but continues to serve the Rich Ideas team as an Advisor and Friend of the Company. He enjoys his thirty thousand foot view, and offers creative contributions from time to time. He takes great pride in watching the company grow and prosper.
Jess Fenstermacher
Account Manager
Jess brings a fresh perspective to the team. She is a proud graduate of the University of Virginia, with a degree in Architectural Design Thinking and a minor in Health and Wellbeing. With a passion for helping others, making connections and building lasting relationships, Jess has seamlessly fit into the company culture at Rich Ideas as an Account Manager. When she’s not busy learning the ins and outs of the marketing world, she likes to spend her time enjoying the outdoors, live music, art projects, and yoga.

Tatiana Jennings
Account Manager
Tatiana is the newest Marketing Account Manager at Rich Ideas that comes with 20 years of advertising and marketing experience.
Tatiana spent 15 years in the greater Roanoke area where she attended Roanoke College and started her career before returning back to her Northern Virginia roots. Tatiana’s experience includes time working across various mediums in the industry: radio, broadcast television, cable and digital video advertising focusing on marketing initiatives, customized advertising campaigns, and business development.
Tatiana and her husband, Todd enjoy country living which includes a lot of time outside on four-wheelers, kayaking in the river, and playing outdoors with their son, Samuel. Tatiana enjoys downtime with a good book, spending time with friends and family, cheering on the Washington Capitals, and planning travel adventures with her two favorite boys!
Lindsey DiStanislao
Account Manager
Lindsey is a Richmond, Virginia native and James Madison University alum who brings 8 years of experience in media sales to the team. She is passionate about fostering strong client relationships and guiding them through the successful execution of their marketing strategies. When not at work, Lindsey loves spending time with her husband, Drew, and their two young daughters, Winnie and Lillie. She enjoys live music, being outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
Lindsay Fulton
Business Development Specialist
Lindsay jumps into any challenge with a smile and a can-do attitude. She’s all about helping others and brings a different outlook, which makes her a great fit for the Rich Ideas team as a Business Development Specialist. When she’s not busy finding new opportunities, you’ll probably find her hanging out with her husband and their two daughters, Palmer and Georgia. She loves spending time at the river, being with friends and family, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.
Ed Rich
Digital Manager
Ed joined the Rich Ideas team after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from VCU. As the digital manager, he coordinates and advises clients on their digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, PPC, and e-mail. Ed prides himself on his problem solving abilities, efficiency, and focus on data. He currently lives in Midlothian with his family.
Ryan Swain
Marketing Coordinator
Ryan is a Richmond, Virginia, native who studied at Virginia Commonwealth University where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She loves all things creative and helping others. When she’s not doing incredible work for us as our Marketing Coordinator, she is most likely spending time with friends, family, and her dog, Mud.
Cailin Hutton
Operations Manager
Cailin Hutton is a proud graduate of Liberty University with undergraduate and graduate degrees in Strategic Communications. During her time at Liberty, her passion for swimming flourished as a part of the university’s D1 swim team. Cailin also found joy in teaching public speaking and learning more about the social media and marketing world. Outside of her professional life, Cailin cherishes quality time with family and her miniature dachshund, Toby.
Devyn Vernier
Digital Support Specialist
At Rich Ideas, Devyn’s creative spirit drives her work as a digital support specialist, helping her tackle projects and challenges with a fun and fresh perspective. A proud Spartan, Devyn graduated with high honors from Michigan State University, with a degree in Advertising Management. Outside of work she loves to travel, play and watch sports, take photos, and spend time with her friends, family, and dog, Bailey.
